Interviews
- Online interview with our recruiting team
Join us for an online interview to discuss your qualifications, goals, and potential fit with our team. The aim of this step is to identify your key competencies.
- On-Site interview
Meet us in person for an on-site interview to explore your skills, ambitions, and potential contribution to our team. This interview takes place with the hiring manager of the designated role. The overall goal is to assess your technical fit. You may also be asked to complete a technical case study before the next step.
- Coffee with C-Level
The C-level check is the final step to see how you add to the team – both technically and culturally. You’ll either chat with Basti, our CEO, or with Martin, our CTO, or Asmus, depending on which role you’re applying for. This step is also an on-site meeting and is either combined with the on-site interview or takes place on a separate date, depending on C-level availability.

Offer letter or feedback
When there’s a match between you and Blackwave, you’ll receive an offer from us. In general, we ask you to respond to our offer within 7 days. If we can’t offer you a position at Blackwave, you’ll receive individual feedback based on our assessment.

Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll prepare your contract and send it to you digitally for signature.
